(Interpreter: Lian Huang) The School Held a Campus Tour of AIDS Prevention and Control Knowledge in Chongqing Net news (Article/Picture Student Assistant Committee) In order to popularize AIDS prevention and control professional knowledge between teachers and students in our school, advocating civilized healthy lifestyle and behavior standard, setting up the concept of the person in charge of his own health first, on the afternoon of November 11th, CQIE held a special activity of "Teachers and Students’ Health and China’s Health" AIDS prevention and control knowledge tour on campus in the six teaching building of Nanquan campus. This activity was jointly organized by Chongqing Health Education Institute, Chongqing Banan District Health Committee, Banan District Center for Disease Control and Prevention and CQIE. A total of 451 teachers and students came to the activity site to watch the publicity video on AIDS prevention and control, and learned the theme and content of AIDS prevention and control. The staff of Chongqing Health Education Institute also invited students to fill in the questionnaire on AIDS prevention and control on campus, taking this opportunity to spread the effective knowledge of AIDS prevention and control to everyone.
In the development of AIDS prevention and control knowledge lectures, Chongqing Center for Disease Control and Prevention of AIDS detection section of the teacher Hua Zhou was invited to the school for everyone to popularize AIDS work professional information. Teacher Zhou used real cases to popularize the knowledge of AIDS virus type, case distribution statistics, AIDS clinical symptoms, how to treat and how to prevent, emphasizing on explaining the harm of AIDS to the society, so that the students correctly understood AIDS and also learned how to do a good job in prevention.
At the end of the activity, the student volunteers also accepted the AIDS prevention and control health test on the spot. A total of more than 30 students signed up online through the school engineering system to become health test volunteers. They took practical actions to cooperate with the school to do a good job in the publicity work of AIDS prevention and control. CQIE also plans to publicize the AIDS theme month in December, so that students will know and stay away from AIDS, and contribute to the realization of "zero AIDS" in colleges and universities.
