A Number of Teachers in Our School have Joined the Chongqing Area Economic Society

Net news (articles /pictures School of Management Fangwei Song) Good news came from Chongqing Regional Economic Society. After screening and strict evaluation, six teachers from our school successfully joined Chongqing Regional Economic Society and got employment letters on November 7th, among the members recommended by Dr. Yingji Li, director of Chongqing Regional Economic Society and assistant to the dean of the School of Management. Among them, Dongmei Xia from the Science and Technology Department, Feng Zhu from the Teaching Discipline Department of the School of Management, Xiaobo Zhou from the Department of Business Administration, and Ou Xiaoyong from the Department of Business Administration were appointed as directors of Chongqing Regional Economic Society. Zemei Shen from the Department of Business Administration of the School of Management and Rui Yang from the Department of E-commerce have been appointed as members. The appointed directors have the right to recommend members, which increases the opportunities and channels for other teachers of our school to join Chongqing Regional Economic Society. Teachers in our school are gradually stepping out of the campus and integrating into social and social science research institutions after doing their own work, which will gradually increase the discourse power of our school in the field of humanities and social science in Chongqing, and lay a solid foundation for our school to strive for more research resources.

It is reported that Chongqing Regional Economic Society is jointly organized by experts and scholars from Chongqing Technology and Business University, Chongqing University, Southwest University, Chongqing Academy of Social Sciences and other universities and research institutions. Professor Chongju Wang, professor Zongyi Zhang, Yuan Liao, and professor Ming-ju Zhang, launched by chongqing famous economist, after ten years of agriculture, surrounding the three gorges reservoir area of Chongqing city - the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone - the upper Yangtze river area and other major economic and social problems in the system, further academic activities. The society has successively hosted the national regional economic annual conference, the Yangtze River Economic Belt, the Three Gorges Reservoir area migration stability and prosperity, the Yangtze River economic Belt • the first Wujiang Green Development, the Yangtze River Economic Belt • the upstream action in Fuling and other summit forums on regional national strategic issues. Members of the society have presided over nearly 100 major bidding projects of the National Social Science Fund, major bidding projects of the National Natural Science Fund, major humanities and Social science projects of the Ministry of Education, and other national two gold projects. The achievements of the society members have been approved and adopted by more than 40 national leaders of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, as well as important leaders of Chongqing Municipal Party Committee and government.
