Software Institute Held a Mobilization Meeting for the 2021 Trainee Instructor

The meeting was presided by Ziling Liu, secretary of the Party Branch of Software College, and Jiandong Wang, president assistant, was invited to attend and deliver a working speech. Pan Teng, a teacher of Employment Section, first conducted a comparative analysis of the employment rate of the 2020 graduates and the internship rate of the 2019, 2020, and 2021 graduates in the same period, the data of recruiting companies, dual-selection counter positions and so force. The academy has also strengthen the work efforts for recommending students and tracking their employment surveys and information feedback of the 2021 graduates’ internship and employment work in advance. Efforts should be made to give job interview guidance and targeted poverty alleviation. Hongshi Zhang, a teacher of the Educational Affairs Department, has set up work arrangements and requirements on how to conduct internship guidance for 2021 graduates.

Yue Wang, the dean of Software Institute, emphasized that the employment situation of college graduates is more complicated and severe, also, the work tasks are more difficult and complicated this year, affected by the superimposed impact of the national economic downturn and the 2019-nCoV. All departments should fully recognize the importance of graduates' employment work, establish a sense of responsibility and grasp the problems existing in current graduates' employment. Dean Wang also reminded the instructors present to know more about the students under their guidance, and to continue to pay attention to the students' mental dynamics and physical and mental health to ensure the smooth development of internship and employment.

Jiandong Wang, assistant of the president, draw a concluding speech, he made a comparative analysis of the professional enrollment situation in the past three years, combined with the current student employment situation, to help teachers understand the situation and clarify work goals. Assistant Wang emphasized that first, it is advisable to fully understand the importance and urgency of doing a good job in the employment of graduates at present, and fully devoted at employment work as an important political task. Second, graduate internships should strive to do “everyone should bear a heavy burden, have an indicator and have a goal”. Job guidance services, job feedback and job tracking should be done well. Third, colleges should do their best to expand the job market and everyone should make an efforts to step outside, improve the schemes and processes for fostering talents.
