Police officer Yuan Wang from the anti-fraud center explained the types, common means and preventive measures of telecommunication fraud based on typical cases in the area of jurisdiction and students. Police officer Wang warned the students at the scene that they should not believe strange telephone calls and short messages asking for property for various reasons in their daily life. They should not believe in unidentified calls and information, do not disclose their identity information, deposits, bank cards and other information to the other party, and do not remit or transfer money to strangers. If encountering the above suspicious situation, don't rush to make a decision, and consult relatives, friends or dial 110 in time to avoid illegal infringement.

It is understood that the police of Banan District Public Security Bureau of Chongqing have carried out centralized publicity on the prevention of telecommunication fraud to school students in the form of legal lecture hall. Through the "anti-fraud publicity and education" activities, we strive to create a strong propaganda atmosphere that everyone knows and prevents inside and outside the campus.
