Chongqing Institute of Engineering Held the 2019-2020 Academic Year Student Commendation Meeting

Yeping Zhang, deputy secretary of the school’s party committee and executive vice president, and Jiandong Wang, president assistant attended the meeting. More than 1,200 people including heads of relevant functional departments of the school, heads of party organizations in secondary colleges, school counselors and student representatives attended.

At the meeting, president assistant Jiandong Wang announced the five commendation documents of National Scholarship and Grant, School Outstanding Student Scholarship, List Scholarship, Yike Tang Caring Entrepreneurship Scholarship, Student Advanced Collective and Individual, and congratulated all the winners.

The commendation ceremony commended 11 national scholarship winners, 1669 school outstanding student scholarship winners, 799 school advanced individuals, 37 advanced class collectives and 15 civilized student dormitories in Chongqing universities.

After the awards, Xiaohong Fang from the School of Electronic Information and Dan Yu from the School of Management spoke as the representatives of the national scholarship winners and the three-good student winners respectively. They shared their advanced deeds and called on the whole school to live up to their youth and work hard. All the way forward in dreams and pursuits. Finally, Yeping Zhang, deputy secretary of the school’s party committee and executive vice president, made a concluding speech.
