Shuangqiao Campus (College of General Education) Holds a Special Conference on the Warning Education of Teachers’ Morality and Style in 2020

On the afternoon of December 16th, Shuangqiao Campus (General Education College) organized a special conference on the warning education of teachers' morality and style in 2020 in the lecture hall. The conference was presided over by Siyu Tan, Secretary of the general Party branch of Shuangqiao campus and deputy director of Shuangqiao Campus Management Committee, and attended by all the staff of the campus.

At the meeting, Secretary Tan made an in-depth interpretation of three documents, namely, the code of teachers' duties and conduct, the negative list of teachers' ethics and conduct and the measures for handling anomie behaviors, and the typical cases of the Ministry of education's public exposure of ten standards of violation of teachers' professional conduct, so as to deeply analyze the ideological problems and motives of the behaviors that violate teachers' ethics and conduct. In accordance with the requirements of the meeting, all staff members should take the case as a mirror, adhere to the idea of casting their souls, bear in mind the mission of moral education, fulfill the responsibility of teaching and educating people, and arm Jinping Xi with the socialist ideology of socialism with Chinese characteristics in China's new era, so as to truly learn to be a teacher and act in the world. Secretary Tan also stressed that the teaching staff should improve their position, fully understand the importance of the construction of teachers' ethics, give full play to the fundamental role of the party organization in the construction of teachers' ethics, and strictly abide by the red line of teachers' ethics.

After the meeting, Shuangqiao Campus (General Education College) organized the newly recruited staff to sign the letter of commitment on teachers' ethics and style in 2020. New teachers have also said that through this warning education, they will consciously strengthen the cultivation of teachers' ethics, strictly abide by the norms of teachers' ethics, always self-respect, self-examination, self-warning, self-excitation, know awe, keep fear, keep the bottom line, be strict with teachers' ethics, set up models, tighten the string of discipline, and be a real "Four Haves" good teachers.
