The Teacher of Our School was Appointed as the Director of General Education Committee of Chongqing Physics Society

Net news(Article/Photo Yulin Wang, Shuangqiao Campus) From February 26 th to 27 th , the 12th member congress and 2020 academic annual meeting of Chongqing physical society was officially held. The conference passed the report on the work of the 11th Council, the report on academic and educational reform, the commendation of advanced workers in 2020 and the general election, discussed the key work of the society in 2021, and established the physical general education special committee of Chongqing physical society. Mr. Zhang Nan of the Physics Teaching Department of the General Education College of our school was elected as the executive director of Chongqing Physics Society, and was employed as the director of the special committee of Physics General Education, and was also rated as the advanced worker in 2020; Mr. Duan Zhuojun of the Physics Teaching Department of the general education college was elected as the director of Chongqing Physics Society.

Chongqing physical society is the local physical society of Chinese physical society, a part of Chongqing association for science and technology, a stage for the activities of physicists, and a link to unite the whole city's physicists. The society has 10 special committees, including the Special Committee on information materials physics, the Special Committee on theoretical physics, the Special Committee on medical physics, the Special Committee on university physics, the Special Committee on experimental physics, the Working Committee on physics teaching and popular science in middle schools, the Special Committee on Condensed Matter Physics, the Special Committee on transportation Applied Physics, the Special Committee on semiconductor physics, and the Special Committee on Physical general education. The appointment of Mr. Zhang Nan as the director of the special committee of general education in physics is a positive recognition of the construction of College Physics Curriculum in our school.
