Our Campus Students Came to Fruition in the Collegian Art Exhibition of Chongqing Municipality

Net news (articles / Youth League committee Tao Huang) The Chongqing Municipal Education Commission issued a document “Announcement about the Award-winning Situation of the Sixth Annual Collegian Art Exhibition Activities in Chongqing Municipality” (Yu Jiao Ti Wei Yi Fa [2020] No.76) on December 28th. There are 17 entries in our school, including 2 first prize and second prize respectively and 13 third prize, the number of awards reached record highs. Among them, Paintings: “Memories of Miao Villages” and Calligraphy: "Lu Gu Xian Yu" won the first prize. Designs: “Struggle”, Paintings “A Figure Viewed from Behind” won the second prize. Apart from that, there are 13 works won the third prize prize, including Dances: “Jasmine in bloom” and “A Dream of Dunhuang”, Recitations: "Different Ages, Same Youth", Calligraphy: "Untitled", "Chinese Heart, Sing For You", "Insist on Sustainable Development, Creating a Prosperous and Beautiful World Together ", Designs: "Salted Fish", photography: "Urban ‘Beautician’", "Dedication", "Evolution", "Mediocrity", "Shadow" and Micro-film: "Mediocre Taste".

It is known that the exhibition is sponsored by the Ministry of Education and is the highest level of university art competition in our city currently. The Youth League committee put a high premium on this exhibition, planned and organized carefully, combined the guiding ideology, theme and activity type with aesthetic education curriculum and daily teaching and training, closely surrounding the fundamental task of establishing moral integrity in cultivation. Finally, the work of Collegian art performance was successfully completed. With the opportunity of this art exhibition, the Youth League committee summarized earnestly and will continue to rely on the excavation and training of artistic talents in the future work, elegant campus cultural and artistic activities as the carrier, concentrating on the excellent traditional Chinese culture, revolutionary culture and socialist advanced culture, simultaneously striving to produce high-level artistic programmes and flourishing the campus arts and culture.
