The School Held the 2020 Discipline Research Summary and 2021 Work Coordination Meeting

Net news (article/picture International Exchange and Cooperation Office Xuan Fu) On the afternoon of January 7th, 2021, our university held a 2020 discipline research summary and 2021 work coordination meeting in Nanquan campus. Longfu Zhou, assistant president, Dean of secondary colleges, vice president in charge of scientific research, person in charge of scientific research platform above school level and leaders of relevant functional departments attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Wei Chen, Director of Science and Technology Department.

At the meeting, Wei Chen summarized the University's discipline, scientific research , international cooperation and exchange work in 2020. He proposed that 2021 is the first year of the 14th Five Year Plan. The University's discipline, scientific research and international cooperation and exchange work will focus on continuing to promote the integration of disciplines and specialties, strengthening and improving the mechanism of scientific and technological innovation and discipline management, improving scientific and technological innovation and social services in order to further strengthen and improve the ability construction of scientific research work, we should strive for new breakthroughs in project application, achievement transformation, scientific research awards and horizontal project funds.

In organizing and discussing the indicators of discipline research in 2021, the assistant president Longfu Zhou stressed that in 2021, we should establish and improve the working conference mechanism, establish the annual report system of discipline and research platform, improve the important work reporting system of the discipline research platform, strengthen the organization and coordination of scientific research, actively declare high-level scientific research projects , build a scientific research platform to play a good role in gathering wisdom and tackling key issues. Each discipline should build a good team, formulate plans according to the construction standards, make project declaration in the direction of condensation and organize early achievements. Finally, Longfu Fu has fully communicated with the leaders of each secondary college on the tasks of 2021 involving the Smart Expo, horizontal projects, technical services, patents, achievement appraisal and transformation.
