(Interpreter: Chunling Ji) The Teacher Development Center Presents Awards to the Teachers who Won the 2020 Teaching Innovation Competition Net news(Article/Photo Teacher Development Center , Xiaoying Zhang) On the afternoon of January 16th, the Teacher Development Center held a presentation and summary meeting of the 2020 Teaching Innovation Competition, which was attended by Ke Chen, deputy director of the Education Development Center, Yuchen Wei of the academic Affairs Office, and a total of 21 teachers from secondary department. The meeting was presided over by Xiaoying Zhang of the Education Development Center. After the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Yuchen Wei presented prizes to the winners of this competition, including the first prize for the curriculum team of the Department of Software, the second prize for big data, the curriculum team of the Department of artificial Intelligence and the Department of Management, and the third prize for the team of the Department of Civil Engineering and the Department of Electronic Information.
Teacher Xiaoying Zhang made a concluding speech for the competition. She mainly analyzed the standardization of the report, text extraction, ideological and political elements, pain point description, innovation point description, team contribution and other aspects, and put forward suggestions for optimizing the manuscript. In addition, Ms. Zhang also used her own experience to emphasize the importance of teachers' teaching reform, teaching enthusiasm, teamwork, teaching iteration and daily accumulation. Big data and Yiran Chen, a teacher from the Department of artificial Intelligence, gave an introduction from the perspective of "integration of competition and education, integration of science and education", especially talking about the organic integration of teaching, teaching and research, scientific research, student competition and teacher competition, which promote each other and form a spiral trend of teaching and research to achieve mutual learning.
The participating teachers exchanged views on how to prepare for the competition and the difficulties encountered in the process of participating in the competition, hoping that the school would give assistance in policy and system, professional guidance, teaching distribution, and hardware support, so as to help teachers have more energy to participate in the competition and incubate the results. Finally, Ke Chen, deputy director of the Education and Development Center, put forward the work requirements for 2021 from the aspects of attaching great importance to the subject competition, concentrating on doing well the competition, strengthening the teamwork, and forming a training system. He said that he would further straighten out the goals and requirements of the competition, provide strong support for the competition team, and work together to promote a breakthrough in the competition work of our school.
