CQIE Held the First Flag Raising Ceremony for the Second Semester of the 2020-2021

The ceremony was held at the Nanquan campus and Shuangqiao campus at the same time. Principal Assistant Jiandong Wang attended, heads of relevant functional departments, Party and government leaders of the secondary colleges, secretary of the branch committee, representatives of counselors, and more than 8,200 students from the grade 2019 and grade 2020.

At around 7 a.m., all members rushed to the playground to assemble. At 7:20, the national flag guards marched vigorously and solemnly guarded the national flag to enter the stadium. “Raise the national flag and play the national anthem!” With the host's command, the national anthem was played, and the flag bearer struggling to spread the national flag to the sky. The bright five-star red flag swayed in a graceful arc and rose to face the rising sun.

After the flag-raising ceremony, student Huiting Tian in grade 2018 and student Mengna Shi in grade 2020 gave speeches under the national flag at two campuses respectively, calling on the teachers and students of CQIE to integrate themselves into the great self of our motherland and the great self of the people, and keep in mind Patriotism, cultivating family and country feelings. Yan Huang, the director of the Students Affairs Department of the Party Committee, interpreted the implementation plan of CQIE's “Learning from Lei Feng” volunteer service month in 2021. Student Shijun Xu in grade 2019 and student Qian Chen in grade 2020 respectively issued the “Learn from Comrade Lei Feng” initiative to all students on behalf of the Student Union. Principal Assistant Jiandong Wang and Shuangqiao Campus Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch Jian Sun presented flags to the volunteer team respectively.

Finally, Assistant Wang extended the warmest welcome and best wishes in spring to all the teachers and students on behalf of CQIE.
