Yeping Zhang stressed that it is necessary to strengthen the study of policies, implement relevant systems and regulations, and put all kinds of work into practice. Asset procurement is a work with strong policy nature. All departments and units should attach great importance to it and strengthen the study of procurement, finance and asset systems. To strengthen the sense of responsibility, the relevant staff at all levels of all units should attach great importance to it, carefully check and analyze the deficiencies in asset management and procurement, earnestly enhance the sense of responsibility, and implement the main responsibility in accordance with the law and regulations; We should strengthen accountability, establish a sense of thrift, make rational use of assets, put an end to waste, and strengthen audit by audit departments.

Finally, Guoqing Gui put forward four requirements: first, be familiar with the process and standardize the procurement procedure. Fourth, strictly abide by financial discipline. The whole school staff should firmly establish the awareness of "red line" in accordance with the law and regulations. He stressed that good procurement work is related to the career development of the University, and all units should strictly follow the budget management tasks to ensure the smooth completion of the annual asset procurement work, so as to contribute to the work of undergraduate qualification evaluation.
