The Academic Affairs Office Held the Teaching Work Meeting at the Beginning of the Second Semester from 2020 to 2021

Gui Yang and Longfu Zhou, assistant presidents, vice presidents and heads of Academic Affairs Section of secondary colleges, heads of quality control office and staff of various departments of Academic Affairs Office attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Yanlian Chen, deputy director of the academic affairs office.

Yanlian Chen first reported the situation of teaching inspection at the beginning of the first day of school, and introduced the key work plan of teaching in 2021 from four aspects: "moral education and curriculum ideological and political education", "two highlights and talent cultivation", "three basics and qualification evaluation" and "characteristic highlights". Yougui Zhao, deputy director of the Ministry of education, also made a detailed interpretation of the three systems, namely, the management measures for talent training program, the measures for curriculum management (Revision), and the management measures for the selection of teaching materials (Revised). The Ministry of education also arranged the key work such as examination paper review and filing inspection, examination and admission of upgraded students, evaluation of laboratory planning and scheme, construction and inspection of practice teaching base outside school and 2021 graduation practice and graduation design (Thesis). Faling Li, director of the quality control office, made a report on the recent work of teaching quality management, including the specific work that has been carried out and will be carried out by the quality control office, and reported the outstanding problems found in the recent work process.

Finally, President Assistant Gui Yang and President Assistant Longfu Zhou made a summary of the meeting respectively. They asked the secondary colleges to attach great importance to teaching work and teaching supervision work, and implement them in strict accordance with the relevant system standards. They also put forward specific requirements for teaching norms, teaching construction, teaching quality and monitoring of each unit.
