Investigation of the School of Computer and Internet of Things in Chongqing City Institute of Science and Technology

Net news (Article/ Picture Lingfei Xu, School of computer and Internet of things) On the afternoon of March 31st, Guocai Yang, President of the school of computer and Internet of things, Bo Li, vice president, and Chuanmei Wan, director of the Department of computer application, led more than ten teachers of the Department of computer application to Chongqing City University of science and technology to study and exchange with the staff of the school of electrical information. Chongqing City University of science and technology is located at the foot of Chashan bamboo sea in Yongchuan District. After our teachers arrived, they were warmly received by Yinsong Pan, President of the school of electrical information and Yun Yao, assistant dean of the school.

The conference was held in Room 202 of the comprehensive experimental building of the University. At the meeting, President Guocai Yang gave a brief explanation of the purpose of the investigation. The participants had in-depth exchanges on the basic situation of their respective colleges, professional positioning, computer science and technology professional training program, discipline construction, laboratory construction, students' professional competition and undergraduate qualification evaluation. According to Yumei Fu, director of the computer teaching and research section, there are about 3000 students in the computer department of Chongqing City University of science and technology. Director Fu also shared some experience on the talent training program of computer science and technology, and put forward hypothetical opinions on the course credit setting.

After the exchange meeting, all the staff visited the school's security attack and defense system laboratory, cloud computing laboratory and Internet of things comprehensive training room. Through this investigation and exchange, we all said that we have benefited a lot from the laboratory construction and other experience.
