Our School Successfully Signed a New School-enterprise Cooperation Agreement with the Enterprise

Net news (article/picture College of Civil Engineering Quping Zhu) On the afternoon of April 22nd, Chongqing Institute of Engineering and Chongqing Yueneng Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. formally signed the school-enterprise cooperation agreement, and the ceremony was held in the enterprise company. President Guoqing Gui, Assistant president Yugang Jian, Dean of Civil Engineering School Jiang Lei, Vice President Quping Zhu, Director of Civil Engineering Department Xiaoli Zhu and Chongqing Yueneng Construction President Yixian Zhou, Vice President and General manager of Chongqing Branch Xianhua Li, Vice President Xiaodong Li, Assistant President Xueyu Zhou, vice minister of human Resources and Administration Center Yi Liu attended the ceremony.

At the signing ceremony, Yixian Zhou, president of Chongqing Yueneng Construction, first introduced Yueneng Construction's development and exploration in more than ten years, covering three main business sections, as well as Yueneng Construction's development history, corporate culture, business areas, business blocks, talent training mechanism, etc. In the meantime, President Guoqing Gui introduced our school’s running mode, characteristics, scale and practices around the mission of "educating talents for the Party and the country". He stressed that the corporation between Chongqing College of Engineering, an applied research University, and Chongqing Yueneng Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., a comprehensive corporation is very meaningful as the both sides have a common goal of making efforts to strengthen the cooperative education between colleges, and to promote the all-around deep fusion. Undoubtedly, this will open a new chapter in School-Enterprise cooperation.

Jiali Chen, head of talent development of Yueneng Construction, said that Yueneng Construction is starting the "Hematopoiesis plan", which will be extended to the training of management trainees in 2021, to exercise talents in advance, export talents, and standardize the definition of talents. He promised that Yueneng Construction would adopt the output mode of incubation-competition for management trainees participating in the "Yueneng Star" plan according to the characteristics of employees. In the ceremony, the two sides formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement. President GUI awarded the "Off-campus practice teaching Base" plaque to the enterprise, and awarded the Visiting professor appointment letter to The President Dr. Yixian Zhou. The enterprise also awarded the "Yueneng Talent Training Base" plaque to the school and set up "Yueneng Scholarship" in the school. This signing of school-enterprise cooperation has created a good beginning for the realization of mutual benefit and win-win and deepened school-enterprise cooperation, and laid a solid foundation for the realization of "joint construction, sharing and win-win".
