The Office of Academic Affairs Held a Communication Meeting on Practical Teaching Management

Net news (article/picture The Office of Academic Affairs Lan Luo) On the afternoon of April 14th, the Office of Academic Affairs held a communication meeting about the practical teaching management, in which Gui Yang, the assistant of the president, the vice deans in charge of practical teaching of each secondary college, the head of academic affairs section, the laboratory staff and all the staff of practical teaching of the Office of Academic Affairs attended. The meeting was presided over by Yanlian Chen, deputy director of academic Affairs Office.

During the meeting, Yanlian Chen, deputy director of academic Affairs Office, interpreted and explained relevant system documents and management processes from several aspects, such as experimental teaching, graduation practice, off-campus practice teaching base, graduation project (thesis), practice teaching workload accounting, discipline and professional skill competition management, and laboratory management. Meanwhile, the progress of the graduation project (thesis) of the secondary colleges was notified, and the key work period of practical teaching in the near future was arranged.

When summing up the meeting, President Assistant Gui Yang asked all secondary colleges to strictly implement various management systems, and to attach great importance to the implementation of practical teaching work as well as the formulation of management rules and standards. In addition,  all secondary colleges should make efforts to positively promote graduation design (thesis) and graduation internship work, for building a good practice teaching base off campus.
