Personnel Department Held a Total School Function Department Work Target Management Training Exchange Meeting

Net news (article/ Personnel Department Miao Li picture/ College reporter group Yimou Yuan) In order to implement the "Target Management" model issued by the school board, to improve work efficiency, to mobilize employee enthusiasm, to adapt to the high-quality development, on the morning of April 15th, a communication session was held at the stairwell report room of the administration building on the management objectives of the entire school function alternative department. (Personnel (Teacher Development Center) This training exchange meeting was hosted by vice president Qionghua Wang. All staff from the school's functional departments, who are in charge of the second-level college’s performance work, and other directors from the school departments will participate.

The meeting focused on the general problems, such as the target management process, the lack of performance management culture and its design. The participants shared their opinions and discussed the strategies of perfecting the performance targets. Some departments had already developed comparison analysis in March and April this year, in which the image showed how to help employees achieve efficient goals.

After the meeting, Vice President Qionghua Wang emphasized that the main purpose of this performance work training was to help advance the faculty’s target management. In the meantime, she hopes that in the next exchange sharing meeting, let every Chonggonger tell stories of their improvements in the performance management.
