College of Civil Engineering Held Professional Education and Excellent Learning Experience Sharing Meeting

Net news (article/picture College of Civil Engineering Linjing Liu) On the evening of April 15th, the College of Civil Engineering held a professional education and learning experience sharing meeting for class of 2020 in Shuangqiao campus, that Heping Tang, deputy secretary of the general Party branch of the college, Jinneng Wang, vice president, and the heads of each departments, counselors and more than 600 students attended.

During the meeting, Heping Tang suggested students from the four aspects of morality, faith, determination and self-determination, in the hope that everyone would set their goals as soon as possible and make learning plans in college.

The outstanding student representatives, Jie Xia from Grade 18 Civil Engineering, Yige Zhang from Grade 18 Engineering Cost Specialty and  Zhuang Tan from Grade 18 Environmental Art Design, shared their experiences in study, work, interpersonal communication and after-school life with their junior schoolmates on the spot under the topics of Dream as horse; act your glorious youth, Struggle can not retreat, blood again youth and Strive for excellence, sharpen the original heart and strive to be a qualified person.

After the meeting, the students participated in the Symposium on behalf of student cadres and exchanged views on academic planning, selection and management of student cadres and other issues. The teachers visited the student dormitory of Shuangqiao campus and learned about the students' study and living conditions.

On the morning of April 16th, teachers from College of Civil Engineering introduced the situation of the major to the student representatives, and answered the professional learning, postgraduate entrance examination as well as the life problems of common concern.

In general, this sharing meeting is an important link for the College of Civil Engineering to carry out professional education. It is hoped that through face-to-face communication, students will have a much more clearer understanding of this industry they are engaged in, for making better future career plannings, broadening the views and blooming their youthful brilliance.
