The Institute of Digital Arts Organized a Teaching Seminar for Art Majors

First of all, Kaifu Yang, dean of digital art college, introduced the basic situation of specialty setting, faculty structure, student scale, teaching equipment and facilities and professional characteristics of the college. Vice President Taowen Zhuang introduced the professional teaching of the college, focusing on the problems existing in the teaching norms, teaching forms, examination methods, laboratory construction and evaluation requirements of art majors with the background of engineering school running, and earnestly asked the experts present for advice.

Next, the experts spoke on the characteristics of art education and teaching. Professor Enpei Yuan analyzed the differences between professional colleges and comprehensive colleges from the law of art teaching, and demonstrated the uncertainty of art creation, the difference of students' personality thinking, and How to cultivate students' professional self-confidence and creative passion comes to the conclusion that "how to let students learn knowledge is the ultimate goal".

Professor Xianghui Tang shared the evaluation experience of the College of Humanities and science and technology, and stressed the importance of the construction of evaluation data; professor Zongkai Zhou introduced the basic situation of the national standard of animation and digital media art specialty, and stressed that under the condition of maintaining the basic requirements of the national standard, creating characteristic highlights combined with their own advantages is the focus of professional teaching reform and evaluation.
