Professor Li Jingzhi, an evaluation expert of the Ministry of education, provided guidance and training for the reporting of evaluation data in our university

Net news (article/ Evaluation and Construction Office Liang Zhou picture/college student press group Yimou Yuan and Haoyu Wang ) aiming to strengthen the understanding of the supporting role of data filling quality in the qualification evaluation, and further promote the effective development of the work of our university to meet the undergraduate qualification evaluation and construction. From April 23rd to 24th, Professor Jingzhi Li, an evaluation expert of the Ministry of education and professor of Shandong Jiaotong University, was invited to our university to guide the filling of evaluation data. The guidance lasts for two days. The experts "feel the pulse one-to-one" of the unit responsible for data filling, and the leaders of each department in charge of the school, department heads and evaluation and construction liaison officers participate in the whole process.

On the afternoon of the 23rd, the academic lecture hall of Nanquan campus held a special report conference on the qualification evaluation of undergraduate teaching. Professor Jingzhi Li, with the title of "how to prepare for the qualification evaluation", combined with many years of evaluation experience, expounded  the three key issues of "what to evaluate", "how to evaluate" and "how to promote construction through evaluation"in vivid and interesting language.

Longfu Zhou, an assistant of the president and director of the evaluation and construction office, pointed out in his concluding speech that the report has rich and comprehensive contents, thorough and vivid explanations, both theoretical height and practical depth, and has strong guiding significance for the qualification evaluation of our university. He hoped that the faculty and staff of the school could deeply understand the contents of the report, carefully compare and draw inferences from one instance. He hoped that all departments and units would take the opportunity of the experts' guidance to further clarify the ideas of the evaluation and construction work, grasp the work priorities and effectively improve the quality of the evaluation and construction work of the school.

After the report meeting, during the inspection of various problems in the school evaluation and construction work, Professor Li Jingzhi made full use of his rich experience in the evaluation work, combined with a large number of vivid cases to explain the connection relationship between various data and common errors in the data filling process, and carefully explained the principles, requirements, methods and key precautions of data filling to all departments. In addition, after carefully comparing the status data reporting of our university last year, Professor Li comprehensively analyzed the problems existing in the data reporting process of our university, put forward pertinent suggestions, gave specific guidance on how to grasp the key and difficult points of the evaluation work and how to combine the data reporting with the evaluation work, helped all departments of our university clarify the ideas of data reporting, and comprehensively analyze and answer the specific problems existing in data reporting. This expert consultation enables all departments of our university to better understand the data concept, so as to complete the data filling work more standardized, and also provides a new idea for our university to meet the qualification evaluation and promote construction through evaluation.
