Standardized Training of Graduates’ Employment Team was Carried out in Our College

Net news (articles/ pictures Enrollment and Employment Department Office Jun Yang) From April 27th to 28th, Employment Guidance Center invited employment and entrepreneurship experts from Chongqing to carry out standardized training for graduates' employment and entrepreneurship work force, in order to implement the relevant work requirements of the State Council, the municipal government and the Ministry of Education on employment, as well as improve the professional level of school employment guidance, to promote higher quality and fuller employment among graduates. This training was guided by the Employment Guidance Service Center of Chongqing College Graduates. Xueping Tang, deputy director of the center, attended the training opening ceremony and made employment situation and policy interpretation for the trainees. The relevant leaders, Recruitment Offices, Students' affairs Department, Employment Staff of Secondary Colleges, Career Planning and Employment Guidance teachers of CQIE participated in the training.

The training lasted for two days, a total of six experts from Chongqing Employment and Entrepreneurship Expert Library were invited, conducting trainning from the employment situation policy, employment data system reporting and standardized operation process, career planning and employment guidance curriculum system, counselor employment guidance skills, employment related laws and regulations, grass-roots employment project policy interpretation and other six aspects.

During the training period, all the employment workers carefully studied the policy content, and understood in detail the new situation of the current employment work of college graduates, including the significant characteristics of the ' post-00 ' graduates, further thinking about the pain points and difficulties in the employment work of quasi-graduates, combing the problems existing in the past employment guidance work, and also discussed the innovative methods in the future employment work, so as to improve the level of employment guidance service for graduates from multiple dimensions.

The head of school enrollment and employment said that although the number of college graduates is increasing year by year and the employment situation continues to be grim, CQIE will continue to solidly do a good job in the employment guidance of graduates in the job-hunting process, effectively solve the practical difficulties of graduates, take positive and effective measures to promote fuller and higher quality employment of graduates.
