The 2nd Shuangcheng District Economic Circle University Student Simulation Recruitment Competition Final is Hold by Our Schoool

Net news ( article/picture Admission and Employment Office Qiuqing Ye ) In order to cultivate students' awareness of career planning, establish a good view of employment, enhance vocational competence and employment competitiveness, May 12th afternoon, our school held the second College Students Simulated Job hunting and recruitment Contest in Chengdu-Chongqing Shuangcheng Economic Circle and the school-level final of the seventh Career Planning Contest of Chongqing Institute of Technology. The competition invited Professor Jianwei Tan, director of department of Human Resource Management, School of Management, Chongqing University of Technology, and Shuang Qiu, human resource Manager of Chongqing China Aviation Corporation,and Hongde Ran, assistant general Manager of Chongqing Weiminghui Information Technology Co. ,LTD, and You Wu, deputy Director of recruitment and Employment Office of Chunxia Zhou, director of Quality Education Center, served as judges.

The final is divided into three parts: self-introduction and judges' questions. Contestants will introduce themselves in 2 minutes according to their characteristics, target positions and other information. The judges will have a 3-minute question-and-answer session with the contestants, and then assess and score the contestants according to their answers, on-site reaction, logical thinking and other aspects. After fierce competition among 25 students, Yangyang Li won the first prize,Ling Deng, Ziyan Ran, won the second prize, Wenchao Liao, Zhoulian Li, Baihui Li won the third prize.

Professor Jianwei Tan, director of the Department of Human Resource Management, college of Management, Chongqing University of Technology, summed up and commented on the performance of the finalists. Professor Tan proposed three groups of keywords: Firstly, competition and growth: the personal growth gained by players through competition is more important than the result of competition; second, planning and action: after making plans, we should put them into action and work hard towards our goals; third, the individual and the country: the individual development should be integrated with the national development, integrating the individual into the larger one, so as to make their own plans more meaningful. Professor Tan also hopes that students can learn about the career world through this competition, constantly examine themselves, explore their career development, and pave the way for the realization of their dreams.
