The awarding session commended the outstanding workers who won the "outstanding contribution award", "outstanding contribution award" and "special contribution award" on the 20th anniversary of the founding of the University. 26 educators such as Xiaoying Zhang, Qian Yang, Ziling Liu and Huaping Li won the title of "outstanding contribution award", and the president Guoqing GUI presented awards to the winners. When Yeping Zhang, deputy secretary of the Party committee and executive vice president, spoke as a representative, he said: "over the past 20 years, the school has changed greatly and become more and more beautiful. The teachers are professional and the students are young and confident. In the future, the school will not forget its original heart, remember its mission and continue to move firmly towards its goal."

In the "special contributor" award ceremony, six old leaders, Kaibang Yuan , Yuhui Qiu, Yike Tang, Weixin Ran, Qirong Ran and Zhi Ming, all took the stage and received the award certificate from the chairman Wanjun Wang. At this time, all the teachers and students stood up and extended high respect to the older generation of heavy workers. 87 year old president KaiBang Yuan sent blessings in an old and powerful voice: "I hope Chongqing Institute of Engineering can get better and better and become a first-class private university in China. Dream building and forge ahead: look at becoming an undergraduate school today

Pursuing dreams and moving forward: looking forward to a new chapter in the future

As the founder of the school, Mr. Wanjun Wang, chairman of Chongqing Institute of Engineering, delivered a speech for the school celebration and led the full CQIE' people to review the hard journey of the school again. Chairman Wang said: "In the past 20 years, we have changed from a specialized college to the only private undergraduate college in Chongqing today.
