Mingshu Tan in-depth Student Association to Participate in “Traditional Culture Tea Art” Sharing Meeting

Net news（article/picture Big data College Wei Shang）In order to implement the work of leading cadres of the school to contact student associations, on May 11th, Mingshu Tan, Secretary of the Party Committee and Supervisory Commissioner, came to the Mingxiang Tea Art Society founded by students and participated in a “traditional culture tea art” sharing meeting. Chunxia Zou, Deputy Director of the Quality Education Center for College Students, Heping Tan, Deputy Secretary of the General Party Branch of the Civil Engineering College, and Wei Shang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch of the Big Data College, accompanied the activities.

In the course of the event, members of Mingxiang Tea Art Society performed the bowl-covering tea art live, teachers and students learned the skills of the bowl-covering tea art together, shared their feelings after learning the tea art, and conducted learning exchanges on the tea art technology. Xin Cao, a member of the association, shared how he learned tea art technology from “quick temper in case of incident ” to “think twice before doing”. Xi Liu, a member of the association, also shared his changing process from not interested in learning tea art to pleasure.

After listening to the contents shared by the students, Secretary Tan affirmed the work of Mingxiang Tea Art Society. He stressed that the school party and government leaders always pay attention to students' campus cultural life, students in dance, musical instruments, tea and other aspects of careful study, to show the special youth spirit of students from  Chongqing Institute of Engineering. Tan also hoped that the Mingxiang Tea Art Society would continue to adhere to the original intention of the founding society and lead members to learn more traditional tea culture knowledge and grow into a versatile student from Chongqing Institute of Engineering.
