The Vice Principal of Chongqing Education Manage School Zhongsheng Hu and His Team Came to CQIE to Study and Inspect

Net news (Article/Photo Yurong Wang, Library) On the morning of May 17th, Zhongsheng Hu, the Vice President of Chongqing Education Manage School, and Yuhua Yan, the Director of Chongqing Education Manage School, a total of four people came to CQIE’s library for study and inspection. The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on library management system construction and cultural construction.

Accompanied by the director of the library Xiaoxu Pan, Zhongsheng Hu and his group of four visited the space layout of the library of CQIE, and communicated and exchanged with them on the management mode, resource construction, and cultural decoration of the library buildings. Afterwards, the two parties held a working symposium in the small conference room on the third floor of the library, focusing on the discussion on the construction of smart libraries. Curator Pan introduced the overall framework of CQIE’s smart library management system to the guests in detail at the meeting, and shared the design ideas and operating experience of the system construction. In addition, the subsystems of the smart library: LSP management system, smart portal, information release system, OPAC system, smart selection system and smart library service platform were demonstrated on site. Finally, the two parties also discussed and exchanged in detail on specific business issues such as demand analysis and application construction in the construction of smart libraries.

It is understood that this study and inspection work is mainly to strengthen the business exchanges in the construction of the libraries of the two schools, and lay a good foundation for the strengthening of exchanges and cooperation between the two parties and the realization of information sharing.
