Our School Held a Publicity Meeting on Several Measures of Deepening Education Evaluation Reform in the New Era in Chongqing

Net news(article/party administration office Jun Zou picture/college student reporter group Yimou Yuan)On the morning of May 26th,CQIE organized a "deepening the reform of new times education evaluation in chongqing measures" (hereinafter referred to as the "measures") announcement,Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications vice-chancellor professor Guoyin Wang was invited to preach in our school. The school middle level cadres, the college teachers and students on behalf of a total of more than 100 people attend the briefing session, the meeting was presided over by the principal Guoqing Gui.

At the meeting, Guoyin Wang gave a comprehensive, detailed, targeted and operational instruction on the background, process, significance, basic orientation and main content of the promulgation of several measures, as well as the spirit of the meeting and the requirements for implementation. Principal Guoqing Gui pointed out that the "several measures" publicity meeting for our school to implement the spirit and requirements of the Central Committee and the Municipal Party Committee on the new era of educational evaluation reform,which has an important guiding significance, and it require all teachers and students to improve the political position, do a good job in the new era of school education evaluation reform tasks.

Guoqing Gui also stressed that first point is to stratify, classify and conscientiously carry out study and discussion, training guidance, propaganda guidance, to "thought, action, effect" three upgrades as the guidance, so that all staff participation, the formation of consensus and public opinion atmosphere of reform; Second, we should adhere to the fundamental task of cultivating talents through moral education, establish a scientific concept of talents, set up a correct guide for running schools, establish a sound talent evaluation system and use mechanism based on morality and ability, and establish a sound education system and evaluation method for all-round development of morality, intelligence, physical education, beauty and labor. Third, it is necessary to check the "Several Measures", strictly implement the "ten prohibitions and one prohibition", comprehensively sort out and revise the relevant management systems, improve the internal governance system of schools, and improve the ability and level of school management.

It is understood that in the next step, CQIE will strictly follow the requirements of the Central Committee, the Municipal Committee and the Municipal Education Working Committee, further clarify the reform objectives, refine the implementation measures, accurate completion time, formulate the "construction drawing", "road map" and "schedule" of the University as soon as possible, and steadily and efficiently promote     various reform tasks.
