Yeping Zhang introduced the campus development plan to the participants, requiring teachers to work together from a higher position to seek common development and have the confidence to build the department better. Secretary Zhang also made requirements in terms of teaching conditions, learning and training, life and work. He pointed out that the departmental teachers are a young team and an active-thinking team, but there are also problems such as insufficient experience.
