Guoqing Gui and Qionghua Wang Came to Shuangqiao Campus Participate in the Symposium on the Work of Regular Teachers

Net news (articles/pictures Shuangqiao Campus Yulin Wang) In order to further understand the new teachers' work and enhance their sense of belonging, on the afternoon of June 3rd, the leaders of our school held a symposium on becoming teachers in Chongqing institute of engineering in the second conference room of Shuangqiao campus. Attending the symposium were principal Guoqing Gui, vice-principal Qionghua Wang and more than 20 new teachers from Shuangqiao campus who took part in the transition.

At the meeting, the regular teachers made speeches one by one, focusing on their feelings in their work since joining the post, as well as the difficulties and problems to be solved in their study, work and life. Everyone has said that the school's various working systems reflect the school's humanistic care, helping new teachers to get into the working state better and integrate into the big family of Engineering College faster. Teachers in Shuangqiao campus also said that the school often carried out training and various teacher activities, which enriched everyone's spare time.

Finally, Qionghua Wang, the vice principal, provided important guidance to the new teachers from the aspects of learning and career planning, and gave detailed solutions to the related problems mentioned at the meeting. At the same time, President Wang also put forward ardent expectations for the future development of teachers, hoping that they can have their own small goals in the process of teaching and educating people, plan their life direction, care for students and establish a good relationship between teachers and students.
