Chongqing Institute of Technology Holds 2021 Graduation and Bachelor's Degree Awarding Ceremony

President Guoqing Gui, Secretary of the Party Committee and Supervisor Mingshu Tan, Vice President Qionghua Wang, Secretary of the Disciplinary Committee Xiaoyong Tan, Assistant President Qigui Tan, Gui Yang, Longfu Zhou, Yugang Jian, Jiandong Wang, representatives of the two-level academic degree committees of the school, the deans of each second-level college, Secretary of the Party branch, representatives of functional departments and representatives of the class of 2021 attended the ceremony, which was presided over by Mingshu Tan. The ceremony was conducted in a combination of online and offline methods.

After the commencement of the graduation ceremony, all the attendants stood up and  sang the national anthem.

Gui Yang read out the "Decision of Chongqing Institute of Technology on Approving the Graduation of 3,022 Undergraduates including Chenlei Wei in 2021, and 754 Junior College Students including Guanggen Duan" and "Chongqing Institute of Engineering Degree Evaluation Committee on Granting Graduates to Chenlei Wei, etc." 3029 Baccalaureate Resolutions. Jiandong Wang read out the "Decision of Chongqing Institute of Technology on Recognizing Outstanding Graduates in 2021" on the spot, and the graduates who officially obtained their degrees and were commended took the stage to receive the awards in turn.

After the reading, all school leaders presented awards to municipal-level , school-level  , and self-employment outstanding graduates.

Next, the graduate degree award ceremony was officially held in the venue. Principal Guoqing Gui came to pick the tassels, issue certificates and take photos for the students in turn.

Afterwards,Xueqin Jiang, the representative of the 2021 graduates from the School of Software, delivered a speech. She summed up the achievements of the four-year heavy industry study, and expressed her gratitude to the school as well as her classmates and friends.Xueqin Jiang  also expressed her firm confidence in the future life : "In the future, I will seriously think about what I love and desire, and make efforts to adhering to the school motto of 'conscientiousness and trustworthiness, refinement and innovation'. set sail!"

Ning Liao, a teacher representative from School of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence, also gave a speech. Mr. Liao wished all graduates a bright future and smooth sailing. He hoped that everyone can demonstrate the school's talent training strength, and also enhance core competitiveness and irreplaceability  in the future.

Next, the representatives of graduates presented their graduation commemorative gifts to the school. Meanwhile, they blessed school a bright.

Afterwards,Guoqing Gui gave a concluding speech. He congratulated all the graduates who were about to embark on a new journey of life, and expressed his heartfelt thanks to the school staff and parents. On the occasion of parting, Principal Gui sent the final entrustment and exhortation from his alma mater to the students present: first, we should cultivate family and country feelings, and to strengthen ideals and beliefs; second, we need to cultivate our talents and strengthen learning beliefs; third, we must be hard-working, firm and enterprising; fourth, we must be positive to overcome the unknown obstacles on our way. Principal Gui hopes that all graduates will have hope and ambition in their careers in the future, have energy and enthusiasm in work, and have ideas and sweetness in life.

Finally, the graduation ceremony came to an end when all the teachers and graduates stood up and sang "Campoo Feelings". And then the school leaders, representatives of tutors and representatives of graduates came to the square in front of the school for a group photo. At the same time, they also planted a commemorative tree for the 2021 graduates in the green belt near the sixth teaching building.
