The Trade Union Cadres of Chongqing College of Humanities, Science & Technology Visited Our School for Interview and Exchange

Net news (article/picture School Union, Junmei Deng) On the morning of July 6th, Shenping Feng, the executive vice chairman of the trade union of Chongqing College of Humanities, Science & Technology,led a group of trade union cadres to visit our school to exchange trade union work.  First,they  visited our staff ‘s home and the "Love Mommy House", and inquired details about the development of our daily work. Afterwards, a group of staff attended the meeting in  the 207 meeting room of the administrative office building.

At the meeting, Xiong Li introduced the "13555" working mechanism of the trade union of our school to the guests, such as focusing on "one center" to improve the ability to perform duties; implementing the "three system” to perfect the democratic management mechanism; strengthening the "five combinations" to  clarify the working mechanism of the trade union; promoting the "five measures" to build a mechanism for protecting the rights and interests of employees; implementing the "five projects" and establish an incentive and care mechanism for employees. Meanwhile, Xiaoyong Tang introduced the specific implementation of the measures, such as democratic management, protection of rights and interests, ideological guidance, small family construction, and mutual assistance among employees.

After listening carefully to the work introduction, Shenping Feng  spoke highly of the work of the trade union of our school, and also introduced the organizational framework and special activities of the trade union of Chongqing College of Humanities, Science & Technology. The two sides also conducted detailed discussions on rights protection, employee condolences, welfare protection, brand activity promotion, faculty team building, position building, secondary branch labor union setup and cadre allocation.

This visit  has greatly strengthened the connection between the two parties and provided new thoughts for the trade union to better serve the central work  and  the development needs of the teaching staff.
