The School of Electronic Information Held the 2020-2021 Academic Year Faculty Report Meeting

Net news (article/picture School of Electronic Information, Lianqi Huang) On the afternoon of July 9th, 2021, the School of Electronic Information held a debriefing meeting for the 2020-2021 academic year in the seventh conference room. All the leaders, teachers and counselors of the college attended the conference, which was presided over by the director of the college office,Mr. Dunlan Tu.

Teacher debriefing is an important measure for schools to improve their management level and  the quality of education and teaching. At the meeting, the teachers carefully summarized the work of this school year from the aspects of regular teaching, teaching research work, teaching innovation, and work perception. The counselors summarized the students' work from the aspects of class management, study style construction, and employment guidance.

Professor Shibiao He, dean of the college, made a concluding speech after the debriefing. First of all, he appraised the achievements of all teachers in the past year whichcome from their joint efforts. At the same time, he pointed out that debriefing is a review and prospect of the work of the past year, which is not only the best way to summarize the past, grasp the current situation, and think about the future, but also the best opportunity for teachers to reflect on their shortcomings and exchange experiences.

He emphasized that there are four urgent tasks for teachers: first, to improve teaching ability; second, to strengthen the operation of teaching norms; third, to improve the quality of teaching documents; fourth, to strengthen curriculum construction. All teachers should think more about their own Specialty and play it out.

He hopes that every teacher should identify his own shortcomings, set clear goals for future work, have methods, steps, and actions, think ahead about the work of the next school year, complete the target task book before the holiday, and use the holiday to improve himself, in order to make contributions to the school's undergraduate teaching qualification assessment and lay a solid foundation for promoting the high-quality development of the college.
