Teacher debriefing is an important measure for schools to improve their management level and the quality of education and teaching. In the past few days, teachers have carefully reviewed and sorted out their own work of this school year through manuscripts and PPTs. In the meeting, the teachers conducted a five-minute debriefing in turn on the performance of duties, existing problems and 2020-2021 school work plans. Meanwhile, the teachers  evaluated the reports with fair and impartial scores based on the following aspects, such as teachers’ morality, work attitude, performance of duties, performance contribution and comprehensive quality.

After the debriefing, Deputy Secretary Sun, Deputy Dean Yan and Deputy Dean Zhang commented on the teachers debriefing respectively, while affirmed the achievements of the teachers made in the past year, and also put forward suggestions for improvement.

Deputy Dean Yan concluded and emphasized that five minutes of reporting time was not enough to fully demonstrate all the achievements of last school year. However, this debriefing meeting could provide a good platform for teachers to learn from each other and to exchange experiences. Meanwhile, he wished teachers can make joint efforts to forge ahead, and create a better tomorrow for our university.
