The School of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence Organizes Full-time Teacher Counselors to Carry Out the Annual Assessment Summary

Net news (article/School of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence Lei Tang picture/School of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence Fang Shi) According to the school’s 2020-2021 school year faculty assessment work arrangements, our school organized an annual assessment summary among the full-time teachers and counselors in the seventh conference room on July 9th. Dean Yaoqin Cao, deputy secretary of the party branch Wei Shang, deputy deans Xin Chen, Qian Yang and all teachers attended.

At the meeting, Dean Yaoqin Cao conveyed his thoughts about the  2020-2021 school-year assessment work. And full-time teachers as well as counselors made presentations in turn through PPT from several aspects, such as morality, ability, diligence, performance, integrity,  future personal development plans, assumptions, and goals.

After the reporting session, college leaders professionally evaluated the teachers’ reports from four dimensions: professional ethics, business level and performance, development potential and innovation, and on-site reporting, while other attendants conducted mutual evaluation and scoring based on the dimensions of professional ethics, communication and collaboration, ability and innovation.

After listening to the teachers’debriefing, Dean Yaoqin Cao said that the teachers made many achievements during the 2020-2021 academic year,. Meanwhile, he emphasized that the assessment and debriefing playd a very significant role in reviewing all teachers’ work, which could strengthen the college’s teaching management, and the summary of individual teachers’ own work. Especially in the first year of the “14th Five-Year Plan”, teachers should make efforts to develop a better  career path and inspire theirselves to learn from each other through debriefing. In particular, this summary has provided a good opportunity for young teachers to learn from senior teachers and to harvest more.
