All the faculty and staff of the college attended the meeting, which was presided over by the director of the college office, Mr. Yunying Mao. The report was divided into three groups. Each teacher (counselor) reported work of the last school year through PPT for 6-8 minutes. They focused on the completion of the target task, innovation and practice (or achievements) in curriculum research, teaching reform, and personal growth. The instructors mainly elaborated on the achievement of the goals and tasks and the measures and results taken in class management, academic style construction, ideological and political education, employment guidance and other work.
The leaders of the college listened to the debriefing of each group, and Dean Jiang Lei affirmed the work results of all the debriefing staff. At the same time, he pointed out that debriefing is a review and prospect of the work of the past academic year, it is the best way to summarize the past, grasp the current situation, and imagine the future, and it is the best opportunity for teachers to exchange experiences and reflect on their shortcomings. Finally, Dean Jiang emphasized that every teacher must identify his own shortcomings, set clear goals for future work, and think about the work of the next school year with methods, steps and actions; teachers are required to formulate and complete the work before the holiday. The target-task book greatly helps us refine and specific the work, so strictly following it while implementing the work plan can contribute to the school's undergraduate teaching qualification assessment, and lay a solid foundation for promoting the high-quality development of the college. |
