The Academic Affairs Office Organizes the Special Inspection of the 2021 Undergraduate Graduation Project (Thesis) and Graduation Practice

Net news (article/picture Academic Affairs Office, Lan Luo) From July 9th to 13th, the Academic Affairs Office organized experts in the school to carry out special inspections on the 2021 undergraduate graduation design (thesis) and graduation practice. This inspection is divided into a hospital-level self-examination and a school-level inspection. The school-level inspection is composed of Gui Yang and Longfu Zhou, the assistants to the president, as the team leaders, the deans of the second-level colleges, the deputy deans in charge of teaching, the deputy director of the Academic Affairs Office, Yanlian Chen, and the director of the Quality Management Office, Faling Li.

On July 9, experts from the school-level inspection team were divided into two inspection teams, who went to seven professional colleges, including the School of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence, the School of Software, the School of Civil Engineering, and the School of Management, to organize graduation design (thesis) and graduation practice. Management work was inspected. Mainly check whether the system documents and management rules of secondary colleges are sound, system implementation, standardization of each link, file management, self-examination summary, etc.

From July 12th to 13th, the experts of the inspection team conducted a quality and normative inspection (assessment) one by one on the final draft of the graduation project (thesis), related materials and graduation practice report of the 305 students who were randomly checked in the first conference room. Judging from the preliminary statistical results, the quality of the graduation project (thesis) and internship report of the previous year has been significantly improved, and the secondary colleges are monitoring in place in all aspects and processes of management work, laying a good foundation for next year's qualification assessment and inspection work.
