Net news (articles/pictures School of Management Fangwei Song) On the afternoon of July 14th, the School of Management organized a debriefing activity for teachers and counselors in the 2020-2021 academic year. The debriefing was divided into two sessions, attended by Vice President Qionghua Wang. Jianfang Peng, dean of the college, Dabin Liu, secretary of the general party branch, Ling Li and Yingji Li, vice presidents, listened to the teachers' work report in groups.

The department heads and directors of the teaching and research section who participated in the debriefing work reported the development of each department (teaching and research section) work since this school year from the perspectives of team building (teaching staff building), specialty building with characteristics, teaching building, discipline integration, etc., and put forward the next construction ideas and improvement measures according to the existing development problems and the requirements of school qualification assessment. Starting from their own teaching and student management, full-time teachers and counselors talked freely about the progress and promotion of themselves and students since one school year, analyzed their own shortcomings (teaching and research work, participation of school-enterprise cooperation, guidance of students' employment work, etc.), and worked out the direction of efforts in the next school year.

The leaders of the college listened carefully to the summary and thanked the teachers for their efforts and contributions in the past academic year. Jianfang Peng hopes that teachers will do scientific research, promote teaching through scientific research, and improve the breadth and depth of teaching. Ling Li hopes that everyone will do their best to do their own job and standardize teaching organization activities in daily life, and comprehensively improve and develop themselves in teaching. For the constructive opinions put forward by the teachers, the leaders of the college will learn more about the situation and solve the problems in the form of special seminars or individual exchanges in the follow-up according to the topics.
