Our School Held a 2021 Labor Contract Renewal Ceremony

Net news (article/ Personnel Office picture/ College reporter group Yi mou Yuan) In order to enhance the cohesion of the team, stimulate the vitality of the team, and enhance the sense of belonging and happiness of teachers and staff, on July 15th, the Personnel Department (Teacher Development Center) held a renewal ceremony of the labor contract with the theme of ' stepping on the new journey and creating the future together ' in the fourth conference room of Nanquan Campus. Nearly 100 teachers and staff participated in the ceremony, including the school leader Qionghua Wang Vice President. The renewal ceremony was chaired by Yanyan Ming, Director of Personnel.

The ceremony officially began after reviewing the publicity film of the 20th anniversary of the school celebration. Yanyan Ming first thanked everyone for their contribution to the development of the school and congratulated everyone on the successful renewal of the contract.

Professor Yiran Chen from the Institute of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence, Professor Yang Liu from the Institute of Software and Professor Xiaowei Guo from the Institute of Electronics and Information, as representatives of re-signed faculty, exchanged views successively. They reviewed their transformation from the first appearance of ivory tower to professionalization, expressed their gratitude for the school ’ s training, and shared their feelings of growth at the same time. They fully demonstrated their future dedications in their teaching careers.

After the collective renewal of the labor contract, Qionghua Wang encouraged everyone to adhere to the original aspiration of education and bravely undertake the mission of educating people through videos such as ' the 100 th anniversary celebration of the founding of the party ', ' the award ceremony of the July 1st decoration ', and ' Guimei Zhang teacher who writes and educates people with life '. With the glorious and arduous journey of the Communist Party of China for one hundred years, we can encourage everyone to strive to move forward. Only focusing on one thing of education in our life can we have fruitful results.
