In order to implement the Ministry of Education's teaching reform spirit and promote the overall improvement of the engineering practice level of college students, stimulate the interest of college students in learning engineering technology, and cultivate college students' innovative ability, collaborative spirit and study style of integrating theory with practice, leaders at all levels of the school are strongly supported. In July, the School of Electronic Information of our school carried out the school-level selection of the 15th CIMC "Siemens Cup" China Intelligent Manufacturing Challenge in 2021 in accordance with the competition requirements, and selected 9 excellent teams to participate in the city-level selection.

With the unremitting efforts of the students and the hard work of the instructors, the teams of our school have competed fiercely in the Yongchuan Division and online competitions. It is reported that the "Higher Education Cup" National College Students' Advanced Mapping Technology and Product Information Modeling Innovation Competition is organized by the Engineering Graphics Course Teaching Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education, the China Graphics Society Drawing Technology Professional Committee and the China Graphics Society Product Information Modeling Major. The highest-level national-level competition for graphics courses co-sponsored by the committee was included in the National Colleges and Universities Discipline Competition Rankings by the China Higher Education Society in 2018 (competitions in the national catalog).
