Hongke Wang, dean of college, Wei Yan, vice dean of College of General Studies and all new teachers and advisors attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Wei Yan, vice dean of College of General Studies.

First, new teachers met the guidance of their teachers, Wei Yan read out teachers list, introduced the new teacher training college this semester plan in detail, including training objectives, training organization, training form and content, management and examination, as well as the training period, new teachers and teachers of their respective duties, and explained the new teacher training manual carefully fill in the request, and answer the questions raised by the teachers.

Later, Hongke Wang gave a summary speech, emphasizing that the school attaches great importance to the development and experience of teachers, and hopes that new teachers can establish their own career plans and life goals, and gain growth and progress in the School of Engineering. At the same time he put forward two hopes, the first hope that the teacher according to the school requirements to do a good job in the first semester of the guidance work, to ensure that the new teachers can smoothly through the novice period; Second, he hoped that the new teachers should communicate with their mentors more and listen to the advice of experienced teachers, so as to strive for a smooth transition.
