Jiang Lei, with the title of "Let Love and Profession Harvest Peach and Plum All over the World, Intentions and Growth Win Career Companions for a Lifetime", explained to new employees the core values of the College's "earth mound and wood, improve the ability and morality" from multiple dimensions such as college organizational culture, discipline professional planning, team building dreams, work concepts and methods. He urged new employees to focus on profession over professionalism, responsibility over ability, devote themselves to educating people, and take the cultivation of "good theoretical knowledge, high comprehensive quality, and strong professional skills" application-oriented professionals as a personal mission, and harvest personal growth and career achievements in heavy industry.

Yunying Mao sorted out the work content closely related to the new employees into the "Guide for New Employees in the School of Architecture and Engineering", introduced in detail the daily work specifications of new employees from the aspects of the college overview, historical evolution, new teacher training requirements, personnel working hours nodes and administrative work norms, and put forward the work requirements for familiarizing themselves with the education and teaching system, in-depth study of teaching methods, timely reply to work information, and submit work materials according to plan.

In order to promote the integration of new employees into the environment as soon as possible, the college has formulated the "One-on-One FingerIng Plan for New Employees", with a total of 5 trainings, covering aspects such as teacher ethics and teaching style, evaluation and construction, and interpretation of the textbook personnel system.
