First of all, Yaoqin Cao explained the purpose of the symposium. Immediately afterwards, the study committee members and student representatives of each class spoke enthusiastically, and the important questions focused on the following points: First, due to the continuous improvement of professional difficulty, some students' enthusiasm for learning has been hit, and the learning state is poor; second, the content of individual professional courses is more abstract, and there are deficiencies in the teaching methods of teachers, resulting in students being unable to understand; The third is to hope that there will be more opportunities for course exchange and professional practice; the fourth is to have a vague understanding of professional-related competitions, learning channels, and employment directions. For these questions, the teachers also combined their own experience, patiently and meticulously replied one by one, and Dean Cao encouraged the students: First, it is necessary to exert subjective initiative and actively learn professional knowledge, and the college will also broaden the source of information for everyone by opening more professional and employment-related lectures; The second is to further give play to the role of class tutors, through active communication with class tutors and college teachers, to cultivate an overall understanding of the professional and employment situation; the third is to continue to look inward, form a way of thinking and core competitiveness suitable for their own characteristics, and through continuous learning, practice, trial and error, be prepared for battle at the self level.

This symposium not only enhanced the communication and understanding between teachers and students, but also effectively solved the problems of learning and life that students were concerned about.
