The full name of the Competition is the China College Student Advertising Art Competition, which is the largest university advertising art communication platform in China. Hosted by the Communication University of China and the Organizing Committee of the National College Student Advertising Art Competition, the National College Liberal Arts Competition. The Competition is by far the largest in China, covering a wide range of colleges and universities, with a large number of teachers and students participating, and a national-level university student competition. In 2005, the first Competition was held, and thirteen times of the eleventh competition were successfully held. More than 1,300 colleges and universities across the country participated in the competition, and hundreds of thousands of students submitted works. A stable, mature and fairly large-scale teaching practice platform for college students has been formed.

The success of this competition is due to the perfect competition mechanism of CQIE, which provides a platform for students to demonstrate their professional abilities and enriches their extracurricular life. This competition was last from March to November in 2021. It is led by the School of Digital Art of CQIE, and organized by the School of Management and the School of Software. After several months of hard work, teachers and students handed over a satisfactory answer sheet for CQIE. This is a major review of the teaching level and quality of all relevant majors in CQIE, it has important practical significance for further deepening teaching reform, improving professional level and teaching ability, and promoting the improvement of school running quality. According to the competition process, a total of 40 instructors participated, 1,087 students participated, and a total of 1,088 entries were submitted, covering almost all categories of the competition. A number of instructors integrated the competition into the curriculum design, and practically implemented the teaching concept of “replacing with competition and promoting learning with competition”.

The achievement of this result once again demonstrated the excellent professional ability, excellent teaching achievements and outstanding professional level of CQIE’s teachers and students. Wish our teachers and students will make persistent efforts and achieve better results in the next competition.
