The School of Management Held the "New Teachers' Teaching Skills Competition" at the College Level Competition

Professor Jianwei Tan of Chongqing University of Technology, Professor Mingwu Cao and Dr. Wan Wei were invited to give guidance, and Jianfang Peng, Dean of school of management, Ling Li, vice dean of School of Management, and teachers of the whole college attended the event.

First of all, Feng Zhu of the Academic Affairs Department explained the purpose of this activity and the arrangement and specific requirements of this activity. Then, the new teachers of various majors recommended by the department after the competition, Qianqian Chen, Chang Guan, Nan Pan, Lei Liu, Deli Sun, and Xun Yang, made lectures and teaching demonstrations one by one. According to the training goals of professional talents combined with the characteristics of the discipline, several teachers pay attention to the achievement of knowledge, ability and literacy goals, optimize teaching design and methods, and attach importance to the improvement of teaching content and resource quality.

After the game, several experts made wonderful comments, hoping that the new teachers could play three roles in teaching: screenwriter, director, and actor; gradually improve their teaching ability at three levels: clear and accurate, vivid and interesting, and able to lead the value. Finally, Jianfang Peng made a summary, hoping that the teacher will always do a good job in teaching, not only to practice the basic skills but also to work the quality of teaching content, and make unremitting efforts to improve the quality of teaching.
