Our School Held the "Inheritance of Intangible Cultural Heritage Song Yun Tea" - Tea Skills Promotion and Experience Activities

Net news (article/picture Library Shiyong Tang) In order to inherit Chongqing's intangible cultural heritage, carry forward regional culture, and create campus culture with heavy industry characteristics, on April 29^th, our school successfully held the "Inheritance of intangible cultural heritage, Song Yun Tea", a series of traditional cultural activities of the 10th Reading Festival of CQIE, "National Rhyme, Liufang, aesthetic education, and heart" - tea tea skills promotion and experience activities.

As an important part of Chinese excellent traditional culture, tea culture has a profound historical background and a broad mass base. This activity invited Yu Zhou, the only non-genetic inheritor of tea lighting skills in the Song Dynasty in Chongqing, to bring a very classical atmosphere and cultural heritage of tea lighting skills to the teachers and students of our school. Yu Zhou introduced the techniques of "tea ordering" and "tea fighting" from the popular TV drama "Menghualu", and introduced the process of the birth, development and prosperity of tea ordering techniques in detail. From Xiang Cai's "Tea Record" to Ji Zhao's "Grand View of Tea", the exquisite skills of ordering, fighting and tasting tea were demonstrated.

Subsequently,Teacher Yu Zhou and his assistants showed the most famous seven-soup tea ordering method in "Grand View of Tea" from the four links of "rolling tea,pouring soup,striking and dividing tea", completely presenting the whole process of tea ordering technology, and also showing the "tea drama" in Song Dynasty that impressed teachers and students on the scene.Under the guidance of teacher Yu Zhou and his assistants,the present teachers and students also experienced the tea ordering skills and showed great enthusiasm.Among them, two students' excellent performance won unanimous approval from Yu Zhou and the teachers and students present,and were invited by Yu Zhou's teahouse to participate in the follow-up intangible cultural heritage heritage activities.

In addition to more than 30 teachers and students who experienced the event, more than 1,000 students watched the presentation and experience through the live broadcast. As a series of intangible cultural heritage heritage activities in Banan District and one of CQIE, the event has also been strongly supported by Banan District Culture and Tourism Committee. The success of this event also laid the foundation for the second non-genetic event to be held on May 8^th.
