Winning First Prize! The Final of the 43rd Sichuan Chongqing "Campus Spring" Cultural, Art and Sports Activity Sichuan Chongqing Campus Street Dance Competition Will Be Held at Our School!

Net news(article/School Youth League Committee  picture/College Student Journalist Team) On the afternoon of May 12th, the final rounds of the "Dancing Youth" Sichuan Chongqing Campus Street Dance Competition 1V1 and 5V5 of the 43rd "Dynamic Zone" Sichuan Chongqing "Campus Spring" cultural, artistic, and sports activity concluded perfectly in the academic lecture hall of Chongqing Institute of Engineering. Leaders such as Xiushan He, Deputy Secretary of the Chongqing Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League, Changhong Chen, Secretary of the School Party Committee, Jiandong Wang, Vice President, Jiang Long, Minister of the Higher Education Department of the Chongqing Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League, Na Yu, Secretary of the Banan District Committee of the Communist Youth League, and Lixia Liu, Deputy Minister of the Higher Education Department of the Chongqing Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League, attended the event. More than 1300 young college students watched the competition on-site and participated in the interaction, creating a warm atmosphere.

The competition is jointly organized by the Propaganda Department of the Chongqing Municipal Party Committee, the Education Working Committee of the Chongqing Municipal Party Committee, the Chongqing Municipal Education Commission, the Chongqing Sports Bureau, the Chongqing Municipal Committee of the Youth League, the Sichuan Provincial Committee of the Youth League, the Chongqing Student Federation, and the Sichuan Student Federation, and is hosted by Chongqing University of Engineering. Since its launch in March, more than 80000 street dance enthusiasts from Sichuan and Chongqing universities have actively participated. After multiple rounds of selection in the preliminary and final rounds, 8 contestants and 7 teams from universities such as Chongqing University and University of Electronic Science and Technology of China have been nominated for the finals of the 1V1 and 5V5 tracks, respectively. Our High Five team has overcome difficulties and advanced to the finals.

At the competition venue, accompanied by strong music, the street dance youth made a brilliant debut, and the competition began enthusiastically. A series of difficult street dance movements such as ground support, spinning, and somersaults showcased their youthful charm, winning waves of applause and cheers from the audience, presenting a wonderful and unparalleled street dance audio-visual feast for both on campus and off campus, online and offline.

After nearly 2 hours of intense competition, the winner was finally announced. Our High Five team at our school won first prize for their skilled dance skills, vivid expression, and musical perception!

All along, our school has adhered to the principles of aesthetic education, cultural education, and street dance competitions, further enriching the extracurricular life of college students, creating a strong and enthusiastic campus cultural atmosphere, and guiding heavy industry students to become ideal, responsible, hardworking, and hardworking young people in the new era.
