Two scholars from our university were invited to participate in the "2024 Tsinghua Higher Education Forum"

Net news (article/picture Science and Technology Department Shiyi Li) From August 30^th to 31^st, the "2024 Tsinghua Higher Education Forum" hosted by Tsinghua University was grandly opened at the Beijing Convention Center. With the theme of "The Boundaries of Possibility: Artificial Intelligence Empowering Higher Education", this forum aims to explore how AI technology can promote the innovation and development of global higher education. Distinguished scholars and experts from all over the world come together to share experiences and exchange ideas. Professor Dongmei Xia and Dr. Yu Wang attended the forum as special guests.

The forum set up five parallel forums, focusing on topics such as AI and education management, AI and teaching methods, AI and student development, AI and educational equity, and AI and educational evaluation. Each forum invites experts in related fields for in-depth discussions, aiming to provide new ideas and solutions for the field of higher education.

Dongmei Xia exchanged academic achievements on the theme of "Predictive Analysis of Online Image and Social Media Interaction Participation of Colleges and Universities Based on Bayesian Model", and deeply analyzed the application status of artificial intelligence technology in the field of education and the challenges and opportunities it brings. Wang Yu participated in a parallel forum and discussed with other experts and scholars how artificial intelligence can promote the innovation of education models and the improvement of education quality.

In addition to keynote speeches and parallel forums, the two-day forum also included workshops, roundtables and interactive sessions, providing participants with rich networking and learning opportunities. The forum not only brings new perspectives and thinking to the field of higher education, but also provides a platform for global educators to exchange and cooperate. Two experts from our university were invited to participate in this forum, which not only expanded the academic horizons, but also reflected the good achievements of our university in educational scientific research, and fully demonstrated the good image of the university.
