Continuous breakthroughs have been made in school education science research projects

In recent years, the school has adhered to the central position of teaching work, highlighted the feedback of scientific research to teaching, focused on promoting the construction of educational and teaching connotations, mobilized the enthusiasm of teachers to participate in educational scientific research through various forms, and actively carried out the organization and application work of various levels and types of educational scientific research projects. Since the beginning of this year, continuous breakthroughs have been made in both the quantity and quality of educational research project proposals.

In April 2024, two projects led by Yugang Jian, the assistant to the president of our university, titled "Research and Practice on the Construction of an Application oriented Undergraduate School Enterprise Collaborative Education and Industry Education Integration System", and "Research on the Characteristics and Training System Construction of Dual qualified Teachers" led by Dongmei Xia from the Teacher Development Center, were successfully approved for construction as Chongqing Education Research Experimental Base, officially establishing a municipal level education research platform.

In September, our school was awarded 8 educational science planning projects in Chongqing. Two projects, "Research on the Integration and Reform of Traditional Culture and Ideological and Political Education in New Era Universities" led by Party Secretary Changhong Chen  and "Research on the Reform of Grassroots Teaching Organization Construction in Local Undergraduate Colleges from the Perspective of Teaching Community" led by Dean Lei Jiang of the School of Architecture and Engineering, have been approved as key projects, with both the number and quality of projects reaching new highs in recent years.

In September, the project "Research and Practice of Adaptive Learning Model Based on Software Testing Discipline Knowledge Graph" proposed by Professor Feng Tan from the School of Software was approved as a major project in the category of "Research on Learning Science and Digital Transformation of Education", achieving a breakthrough of zero project approval at this level.

Next, our school will continue to guide teachers to strengthen their learning of educational theories, enhance the intrinsic motivation of educational research work, continuously strengthen the atmosphere of educational research, and promote the improvement of the quality of education, teaching, and talent cultivation.
