Longfu Zhou , the assistant to the principal and dean of the School of Software, Ziling Liu, the secretary of the Party branch, Yang Liu, the assistant to the dean, as well as the directors of various departments (teaching and research offices), the heads of academic affairs departments, and representatives of new and key teachers in the college, held a discussion and exchange. Five teachers recommended by each department gave a keynote speech on "My Teacher Dream".

During the discussion and exchange session, the attending teachers conducted a discussion on the theme of "the spirit of educators". New teachers such as Yizhuo Liu, Zhuang Yuan , and Xuke Lu , based on their work experience over the past half semester, elaborated on their understanding of the spirit of educators. Xuke Lu said, "The 'two ifs' student work philosophy of' if I were a child, if I were my child 'is very compatible with the' loving heart of loving students and dedicating oneself 'contained in the spirit of educators. In the future, I will continue to uphold the loving heart towards students and continuously improve my comprehensive literacy and abilities to better help them grow and succeed." Young teachers such as Xiangchang Mi and Shilin Chen, based on their educational and teaching experience,expressed their commitment to maintaining their original intention, insisting on putting student growth at the center, and lighting up student growth with love. Wei Huang, Lei Shi,Juan Peng and other key teachers shared their emotional journey from standing on the podium to firmly standing on the podium, as well as their work suggestions for new teachers, providing reference for other teachers with their own educational and teaching experience. At the same time, teachers engaged in open discussions and exchanges around the theme of "strengthening the school with me,providing suggestions and recommendations", sharing job adaptation, professional development, teaching difficulties, training suggestions, etc. They expressed gratitude for the help and support provided by the school and college, and also put forward suggestions such as deepening school enterprise cooperation, strengthening classroom order management, actively adjusting teaching strategies, and strengthening students' learning motivation and initiative guidance from the ideological level.

Subsequently, five teachers recommended by various departments gave a speech on the theme of "My Teacher Dream". The teachers focused on topics such as "Teacher Love Like a Torch, Illuminating Students", "Learning to Be a Teacher for a Lifetime", "Teaching Heart Pursuing Dreams", and "My Teacher Dream". Combining their own educational experiences, teaching insights, struggle stories, teaching cases, and future dreams, they gave vivid speeches with a confident and composed demeanor, and deeply moved content, telling the teachers' love for the education industry, admiration for excellent teachers, and expectations for students' success.

Yang Liu, the assistant dean of the college, put forward guiding suggestions and work standards for the training and education of new teachers, guiding teachers to listen more to and polish their lessons, widely draw teaching experience, attach importance to teaching standards, encourage teaching innovation, continuously optimize the teaching process, improve teaching quality, and truly promote the implementation of teaching and educating people, and the cultivation of moral character.

Longfu Zhou briefly commented on the presentation of teachers participating in the speech competition, pointing out that teachers still need to continuously polish the content of their speeches, fully demonstrate their teaching style, and constantly demonstrate their original intention of educating students. Full time teachers should pay attention to the teaching process, always adhere to student-centered approach, optimize classroom design, and do a good job in teaching reflection and summary. At the same time, each new teacher's supervising teacher should strengthen process guidance to ensure the implementation of responsibilities.
