The "Dongcha Wanxiang" Sketch Exhibition of The Digital Art Academy Grandly Opens

Net news (article / pictureSchool of Digital Arts, Yuechen Cao) On the afternoon of December 11th, the opening ceremony of the "Dongcha Wanxiang" sketching exhibition, organized by the School of Digital Arts, was grandly held at the Art Exhibition Hall of the Fifth Teaching Building in the Nanquan Campus. Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Executive Vice President Yeping Zhang, Vice President Mingshu Tan attended, along with Director of the Academic Affairs Office Qian Yang, Deputy Director Yanlian Chen, and the leadership team of the School of Digital Arts. This exhibition will be on display until December 18, aiming to showcase students' outstanding achievements in sketching creation, inspire artistic innovation, and promote the advancement of art education. The event received active participation from the college leadership, guiding teachers, and student representatives.

At the opening ceremony, the director of the Design Department, Juanjuan Chen, first briefly explained the significance of the "Dongcha Wanxiang" sketch exhibition and discussed the academy's emphasis on art education. Following this, student representative Yifan Yan shared her creative experiences, emphasizing that sketching is a way to engage in dialogue with nature and expressing the students' passion for artistic creation.

Subsequently, the assistant to the dean of the college, Weiwei Yi, announced the list of award winners, and the college leaders presented certificates of achievement to the 55 awarded students. The leaders praised the diligence and talent of the award-winning students and encouraged them to continue exploring the path of art. The dean of the college, Taowen Zhuang, emphasized that the sketch exhibition is a practical activity in art education and hopes that students will enhance their artistic accomplishments while maintaining their love and contemplation of life.

Finally, Yeping Zhang announced the opening of the sketch exhibition and visited the exhibition with leaders, teachers, and students. He pointed out that the college will provide more platforms for learning and showcasing, allowing art to integrate with the times and cultivating responsible and creative artistic talents. The "Insight into All Things" sketch exhibition showcased the creativity and professional abilities of the students, inspiring their love and pursuit of art. The Digital Art College will take this as a starting point to promote the development of art education and cultivate artistic talents with innovative spirit and professional skills.
