Vice Chairman of the school, Dezhi Li, and all leaders from home attended the meeting. All middle-level cadres, reserve cadres, and representatives of faculty and staff attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by the Director of Personnel, Yanyan Ming.

29 administrative leaders from functional departments and secondary colleges gave comprehensive and in-depth speeches on the work objectives, key tasks, innovative measures, and personal growth of their respective units. Everyone reported in detail on the work achievements of 2024, and also candidly analyzed the existing problems and shortcomings, and proposed practical and feasible improvement measures and development plans, demonstrating a high sense of responsibility and mission, fully reflecting the good spirit of "being in their position, seeking governance, and fulfilling their responsibilities".

Dezhi Li, on behalf of the council and the school, expresses gratitude for the hard work of every heavy worker in 2024. He emphasized that all secondary units should focus on cultivating high-quality applied talents with good professional foundations, high comprehensive qualities, and strong learning and application abilities, strengthen the cultivation of students' learning and application abilities, continuously deepen "school enterprise cooperation, industry education integration", explore the construction of innovative mechanisms for talent cultivation, and promote the high-quality development of education, teaching, and teaching staff. He requested that all functional departments deepen their service awareness, enhance service efficiency, improve service capabilities, and go deep into the secondary colleges to effectively serve teachers and students. He pointed out that the goals and tasks of each unit should be closely linked to the school's development strategy, further strengthen process management, focus on detailed and practical daily assessments, form an operable, monitored, and effective target assessment daily management mechanism, and stimulate the entrepreneurial vitality of staff.
